Special thank to “Danny Weiss” for the beautiful photos!
Pink | New York Floral Design Wedding Planner Bar/Bat Mitzvah - Part 2
We have received the very beautiful photo of Inez and Larry’s wedding at Mandarin Oriental NY. This wedding is one of the most glamorous and fun weddings we have ever done and we would say this is the highlight wedding of this year! Special thanks to Danny Weiss for the sensationally beautiful photo!!
Tantawan Bloom is honored to have been given the opportunity to design one of the most spectacular weddings of 2013! Inez and Larry choose the Mandarin Oriental Hotel main Ballroom to host their event on June 1st. Inez was our team’s main inspiration with her unique sense of style and love to have fun. She envisioned her wedding to be a combination of modern floral design set within a sleek, loungy atmosphere in which her guests would be guaranteed to have a night of a lifetime. That being known, we knew exactly what design would make Inez happy. We transformed the room into a modern wedding by carpeting and draping the entire room in white and installing a custom seamless white dance floor highlighted by scrolling hot pink roses. Inez and Larry exchanged vows under a grand Lucite Chuppah. It was artfully enhanced by clean, white roses while their Reception was done in the most romantic setting. The room was decorated with thousands of beautiful hot pink Orchids. To further highlight the spirit of our wonderful bride, we installed disco balls on the ceiling to enhance the whole atmosphere. We were so thrilled to witness the couple and their guests so exhilarated by our work as we, Tantawan Bloom, put our heart and soul into producing this event for our very special couple. This event wouldn’t have been possible without the following:
Vendors:
Reception: Mandarin Oriental Hotel
Drapes: Dynamic Drape
Dance floor and custom white carpet: Hi-Tech Events
Linens, chair covers, and pillows: Nuage Designs
Lighting: Design One
Most importantly, we want to personally thank Inez and Larry for giving us their full trust to deliver a night of their dreams. We wish you the best of luck! Congratulations!

Nikki is a kind of a girl who likes her Bat Mitzvah’s party night to be chic and fun. To make her night very special, we proposed the flower colors to be in hot pink and purple with touch of silver and a lot of candles just like what she loves with the modern floral designs. The night turned out very specially beautiful with the view of the lower Manhattan as the backdrop.

We, Tantawan Bloom, are very privileged to design the wedding party for the hottest modern day stylist, Leandra Medine, of Manrepeller.com!! We are a big fan of her fabulous website and when we knew we were going to be a big part of her wedding at St.Regis Hotel, we were totally thrilled!
Leandra’s vision of her wedding was to be a glamorous 1920s wedding night inspired by Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris”. We took her vision at heart and designed the whole party with all the elements from that fabulous era from our own floral designs, party decors to the lighting.
That night we recreated the mini version of “Midnight in Paris” for our glamorous bride and groom and we were so glad that we made her vision come true.
We would like to say “Thank you” to Gary Merjian and his team at St.Regis, Levy Lighting, Foremost Caterers, Shedrin Studio for the beautiful pictures and our amazing team especially Cindy who made this wedding happen!

We designed this centerpiece for the Mandarin Oriental Hotel New York City during its annual meeting of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Management Executives from around the world in 2011. We used real branches decorated by pink Phalaenopsis and accented by candlelight in the orbs. You can see the whole event party pictures HERE

Again this year on the past Tuesday, April 17, Tantawan Bloom was invited to participate in the 15th Annual Gala: The New York Flower Show Dinner Dance 2012 at 583 Park Avenue in New York City. This year the theme of the Gala was “Couture en Fleur” to honor Lee Anderson of Lee Anderson Couture, James Taffin de Givenchy and Jack Rogers. The New York Flower Show supports The HSNY’s mission of enhancing New York City’s environmental and cultural life by providing unique educational, vocational and therapeutic outreach programs, library resources and exhibitions.
More than 20 top floral designers in New York City participated in this good cause event. We saw several inspiring designs that day. For Tantawan Bloom, we erected the 7-foot-tall floral couture dress in hot pink standing elegantly in this Gala dinner. We have to say our lady in hot pink caught a lot of attentions from the public and the press!
Special thanks to Nuage Designs for the most beautiful linen and the chair covers, Stephanie Chin and her team from The Horticultural Society of New York, the team from 583 Park Avenue and the most important is to thank our team who dedicatedly make this gorgeous dress happen!
